We would like to inform you that we do not accept product exchanges. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt, at the condition that it has not been worn and is returned to us in its original packaging.
Before returning your item, please complete the online return request form available in the “Returns” section of your customer account. Any package returned without prior return request will unfortunately not be accepted.
Please note that return costs will be your responsibility.
