Shipping policy
Items will be delivered once payment of the order has been received.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, delivery of the items ordered will take place within the timescale communicated by Tapüy and, in the absence of any indication, in any event no later than 30 days from the date of the order, subject to full payment of the price.
Unless expressly stipulated otherwise when placing an order on the Site, delivery charges are payable by the customer; the amount of the delivery charges is communicated to the customer prior to the order validation stage.
Any lead times communicated by Tapüy are for information purposes only. If, on delivery, the external appearance of the parcel is not perfect, the customer must open it in the presence of the carrier in order to check the condition of the article. In the event of damage to the article, the customer must detail this precisely on the delivery note.
